+Do I need to be 18 to order?
Yes. Everything on Airliftr is for adults aged 18 or over. You confirm your age when you enter the site, give your date of birth at checkout, and show photo ID when you collect or when the courier delivers. From 1 January 2027 tobacco products also cannot be sold to anyone born on or after 1 January 2009.
+What ID do you accept?
A passport, a UK or EU photo driving licence, a military ID card, or a proof-of-age card carrying the PASS hologram. We operate Challenge 25, so if you look under 25 you will be asked.
+How do I pay for a collection order?
You don't pay online. Place the order, wait for the 'ready to collect' email, then pay by cash or card at the counter when you pick it up.
+How do I pay for a delivery order?
By bank transfer. The account details and your order number are shown after you order and emailed to you. We dispatch once the payment has cleared. Delivery costs £4.99 and is free over £50.00.
+Where is the shop?
45 Saltaire Road, Shipley, BD18 3HZ West Yorkshire. Opening hours: Mon–Sat 10:00–18:00, Sun closed.
+Do you sell disposable vapes?
No. Single-use disposable vapes have been banned in the UK since 1 June 2025. We stock reusable and refillable devices, pods, coils and e-liquids that are notified to the MHRA.
+Can I return something?
Delivery orders can be returned within 14 days if unused and still sealed. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't take back opened e-liquids, pods, tobacco, coal or mouth tips unless they are faulty. Faulty items are always covered.
+Can someone else collect my order?
No. The person collecting must be the person named on the order, and their ID must match. We also refuse orders we believe are being bought for someone under 18.
+Is coal safe to use indoors?
Only with good ventilation. Burning charcoal produces carbon monoxide — never light coal in a closed room, and never leave lit coal unattended.
