These terms apply to all orders placed through airliftr.com (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Age

You must be 18 or over to use this website or place an order. Tobacco products are additionally subject to the generational sale restriction in the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026. We may cancel any order where we are not satisfied of the buyer's age, and we will refuse hand-over without acceptable photo ID. See our age verification policy.

2. Orders and contract

An order placed online is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we hand over the goods (collection) or dispatch them (delivery). We may decline an order at any time before then, for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced, and will tell you if so.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT and any applicable duty. Collection orders are paid in the shop on collection. Delivery orders are paid by bank transfer using the order number as reference; we dispatch once funds have cleared. Unpaid delivery orders are cancelled after 5 working days.

See our delivery & collection page. Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only, by an age-verified service. Risk in the goods passes to you on hand-over. Uncollected orders may be cancelled after 7 days.

5. Cancellation and returns

For delivery orders you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for goods that are unused and still sealed. Opened consumables (e-liquids, pods, tobacco, coal, mouth tips) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are not affected.

6. Products

Product descriptions are factual and provided for information. Vaping products contain nicotine and are for adult smokers and vapers only. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, keep all products out of reach of children and pets, and never leave lit coal unattended.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
